Question 1

Who is Paralel?

Accepted Answer

Paralel is a commercial furniture partner based in Sydney, servicing clients across Australia and the Pacific. While the business is newly established, our team brings together over 80 years of combined experience across design, manufacture and supply. The name reflects the way we work — alongside our clients, aligned to the same outcome.

Question 2

Can you help with large or complex projects?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our combined experience means we're well equipped to manage projects of all sizes, from single space fit outs to large scale commercial installations.

Question 3

Do you work with designers and architects?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and we understand the pressures they face. We work alongside designers and architects as a reliable partner — respecting the design intent while contributing the commercial knowledge needed to make a space perform in the real world.

Question 4

What sectors do you service?

Accepted Answer

We service all commercial sectors, including hospitality, healthcare and education. Whatever your industry, we can tailor a solution to suit your space and its requirements.

Question 5

Do you import products or source locally?

Accepted Answer

Both. We import quality products from trusted suppliers and source locally as well, which allows us to offer the best possible range, value and lead times for each project.

Question 6

Is your furniture built to commercial standards?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Everything we supply is made to commercial standards and built to be highly durable. Commercial spaces demand furniture that withstands heavy, everyday use — and that's exactly what we deliver.

Question 7

Do you specialise in outdoor furniture?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Outdoor furniture is a core part of what we do. We're known for our high quality teak outdoor pieces, and we also work with a range of other premium materials to suit different environments, budgets and aesthetics.

Question 8

What types of furniture do you offer?

Accepted Answer

We supply a wide range of both indoor and outdoor commercial furniture. Our outdoor range is a particular strength, and we carry an extensive indoor selection to suit a variety of settings and design requirements.

Question 9

Why does having a designer and architect on the team matter?

Accepted Answer

Because the look, feel and practicality of a space are equally important. Having design and architectural expertise in house means we understand the intent behind a project and can help you achieve spaces that are visually distinct, commercially successful and built to perform.

Question 10

Can you produce floor plans?

Accepted Answer

We can. Our in house design and architecture capability means we can develop floor plans and spatial layouts, ensuring your furniture works with the flow, function and feel of the space — not just within it.

Question 11

Do you help with design?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We're a design led partner with a designer and architect on our team, so we can do far more than supply furniture. We can assist with design direction, product selection and space planning to help bring your vision to life.

Question 12

Where are you based, and where do you deliver?

Accepted Answer

We're based in Sydney and supply clients throughout Australia and across the Pacific. Wherever your project is located, we can help you specify, source and deliver the right solution.

Question 13

What makes you different?

Accepted Answer

Most suppliers focus on product. We focus on the success of the space. Our approach is expertise led and problem solving, drawing on deep experience of how furniture actually performs in demanding commercial environments — not just how it looks. We don't cut corners to win work; we stand by what we deliver, and we prioritise long term relationships built on integrity, hard work and trust.

Question 14

How do I request a quote or find out more?

Accepted Answer

Get in touch with our team and tell us about your project. We're happy to discuss your needs, recommend suitable products and provide a tailored quote.
